Our one and only piano technician, Randy Ines, along with his wife and eight children, have been living in Raleigh since 1999.  He is in the music industry full-time as a piano technician, private music instructor, and professional musician in the bands, Bull City Syndicate and American Bowie Experience.  His wife of thirty years, Jennifer Ines, is the brains behind the operation as Heritage Piano's Administrative and Operational Manager.  Two of Randy's daughters follow in his passion for pianos, are apprentices for Heritage Piano, and can occasionally be found with Randy, learning to perfect this tedious trade.  While Randy takes pride in his thorough and honest piano work, he takes more pride in his three grandchildren.
